Foi Diretor de Negócios da Samba Tech S/A e sócio da GRP Investimentos, responsável pelas áreas de research e estratégia, atuando em projetos de captação de recursos, gestão financeira interina e fusões e aquisições. Administrador de Carteiras e Valores Mobiliários credenciado pela CVM. Graduado em Administração pelo IBMEC/MG e Técnico em Administração de Empresas pelo SEBRAE/MG.

He represented the Criatec II Venture Capital Fund in Minas Gerais and makes investments (Seed Money/VC) in technology-based companies.

A partner at FC Partners since 2015, he acts as an M&A manager, responsible for mergers and acquisitions projects, valuation reports and business planning. Graduated in Economics from IBMEC/MG, he accumulated experience as a financial analyst at Investor Consulting Partners and at the Criatec II Venture Capital Fund, representing the State of Minas Gerais.

A member of FC Partners since 2016, he works in all the company's verticals and is currently the manager of the Governance vertical, responsible for the professionalization of the companies served through various management techniques. He also plays the role of management advisor and advisory advisor in companies from different economic segments. He has a degree in Management and Accounting Sciences from IBMEC/MG and a postgraduate degree in Controlling and Finance from UFMG. He has experience at Mendes Júnior, where he worked in the area of Controllership, participating in the structuring and monitoring of budget planning. In addition, he was a financial analyst at BTS Properties, with an outstanding role in the structuring of the financial area, preparation of project valuation reports, market research and analysis of financial statements.

At FC Partners since 2022, she has led M&A mandates in various sectors and works in the Controlling, Valuation and Business Planning verticals. He has a degree in Public Finance and Government Auditing from UEMG, in Accounting from FUMEC and a specialist in Auditing from UFMG. With more than 13 years of experience as a consultant, he has stints at Ernst & Young and the Aquila Institute. He accumulates extensive expertise in management improvement projects, project management, governance, controlling and finance, working in segments such as retail, steel, mining, industry, third sector and government.

At FC Partners, she leads M&A transactions for clients from various sectors, such as services, retail, technology and industry, in addition to developing financial models and valuation reports. Graduated in Economic Sciences from UFMG, he is financially certified by the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst). His career includes working as a consultant at FALCONI, a credit analyst at Banco BS2 and an investment analyst at INSEED Investimentos.

At FC Partners since 2022, she has been working in the areas of M&A, Valuation and Business Plan. He holds a Global Finance MBA from IBMEC-MG and a degree in Production Engineering, also from IBMEC-MG, with a Summa cum Laude honor. He has experience in the area of M&A and Fundraising, having worked for Imeri Capital in the development of projects that included the financial analysis of companies, valuation, access to potential financial and strategic investors, and market research.
