This past Wednesday (29/08), FC Partners, in partnership with Coimbra & Chaves Lawyers And the investment manager DLM Invista, held events with the objective of presenting to more than 60 clients and partners in the cities of Patos de Minas and Sponsorship in Minas Gerais, the main challenges encountered in the succession process of family businesses and the various alternatives that exist in the legal, financial and governance fields, to make this process less traumatic and more advantageous for business families.
